Hi, I'm Tim. I coach leaders and professionals who are brilliant at what they do – and have realised that's no longer enough. That usually looks like one of these:

I create a trusting environment for the difficult conversations, generating insight you can actually use – about your behaviour, your organisation, and your wider world. You develop your own solutions; my job is to help you see clearly and act deliberately.
